Ashley Fields, MD, CAQSM

Dr. Ashley Fields is a dually Board-Certified Family and Sports Medicine Physician. She obtained her medical degree from Meharry Medical College in Nashville, Tennessee, where she also completed her residency training. During medical school she developed a love for sports medicine, which led her to the University of Connecticut where completed a primary care sports medicine fellowship.

Prior to joining Avance Care, Dr. Fields practiced sports medicine and urgent care in California. Although Dr. Fields has a special interest in sports medicine, she has always loved treating the whole patient and maintaining a relationship with her patients. Dr. Fields’s goal is for her patients to feel well-informed about their care and feel at ease discussing their medical concerns.

Dr. Fields is married and a mother to an amazing little boy. She enjoys spending time with her family, sports, running, and traveling.
